These plans were for the residence of E.L. Weiland at 428 West Sixth in Columbus, Ohio, designed and built in 1900. The house was later owned by Otterbein University, and in 1980 was purchased as part of the neighborhood renovation plans by Battelle Memorial Institute. The images above and below are scans of blueprints that were drawn by Packard. They are from the collection of the late Prof. Paul Young, who taught at the school of architecture at The Ohio State University.
