Designed by Mr. J. Upton Gribben, a Columbus architect who worked in the offices of Frank Packard.

The view of the garden is straight south on FairviewAvenue, the site of the Nick Panzera house. Note

to the far upper right is the tower from the Urlin mansion... You could have purchased the entire estate

called "Cairn Muir" in 1981 for $225,000. Mr. Gribben is shown in the photo at the bottom of this page.
